This chic and modern 3-bedroom home is also within a short distance to even more popular neighborhoods, each offering their own unique blend of art, shopping, dining, and nightlife. Neighboring South 1st Street and South Lamar Boulevard have something to accommodate whatever mood you find yourself in. Immerse yourself in the scene of the city as you head into downtown Austin, stopping in at the many museums and art galleries that weave together the stories of the city. For a more peaceful way to spend the day, take a stroll to Little Stacy Neighborhood Park or along the shores of Lady Bird Lake, offering parks, hiking and biking trails, and even kayaking and paddleboard rentals for an immersive day on the water.

Plentiful outdoor spaces allow you the opportunity to connect with nature and the neighborhood, soaking in as much of that fresh air and plentiful Texas sun as you can manage. The upper-level deck offers comfortable outdoor seating perfect for afternoon co*cktails and conversation while the lower deck is a cooler, shaded space for curling up with a good book in the standing basket chairs. Heading indoors, high ceilings sit atop elegant spaces illuminated in natural light, outfitted with contemporary furnishings and elevated décor to maximize your experience. Gather together on plush living room sofa seating to stream that new series you’ve been saving on the smart TV. From here, make your way into the formal dining room where the table can seat up to 9 for all of your meals or a spontaneous game night. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The home’s guest bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

•Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle with overflow parking on the street as needed.
•Pet friendly! Cats are not permitted. If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. All pets must be reported and approved prior to visit. Any unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional fee. Damage or extra cleaning charges attributable to pets shall be charged to you, together with a fine of $100 per day with a minimum of $500. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture.

The property is located within a short distance to downtown Austin, steps from surrounding restaurants, cafes, and landmarks. The area is diverse and holds the authenticity that Austin is so proud of. You’ll be within easy reach of Austin’s popular attractions like the Texas State Capitol, Congress Bridge Bats, and the Greetings from Austin Mural. Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board and kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake and nature trails boast a two-mile loop perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll. Be sure to visit the live music bars and clubs on 6th street, a part of Downtown Austin that earned the city the nickname of “Live Music Capitol of the World.”
